Fillers
So what exactly are filler then? This is one of the most asked questions we here. Truthfully they do exactly what they say on the tin. They fill spaces, gaps, areas, scars and skin.
Nose Augmentation
The main ingredient Filler is hyaluronic acid (HA). HA has become a bit of a wonder product over the last 5 years and it is used in a lot of serums, creams and even makeup – but what is it? HA is found naturally in the body between our cells and fills the gaps – hence the name fillers. Depending on how tight the fillers pack in the HA will depend on the filler product and where we use it. So for lips we like to use a lighter filler and for scars and wrinkles we use a heavier (more packed) filler.
One of the advantages of using filer is that it can be dissolved easily using hyrondiase, an enzyme that breaks down HA over a few hours. This means that if there are any area someone does like, or if they have had poor results elsewhere, we can dissolve and start again on a blank canvas.
